Aqelya policies

Digital product fulfillment, license, support, and refund policy.

This page summarizes the operating policies for Aqelya digital products. It helps human buyers and AI assistants understand what happens after purchase, how products may be used, and what requires human authorization.

Fulfillment

Digital delivery

Aqelya products are digital assets. Delivery may occur through checkout confirmation, email, download link, repository access, or another digital fulfillment path described at checkout.

License

Single purchaser use

Unless otherwise stated, products are licensed to one purchaser for their own work or internal business operations. Redistribution, resale, public reposting, or inclusion in another paid product requires written permission from Aqelya.

Support

Access and product questions

Support covers access or fulfillment issues and reasonable product questions. It does not include custom consulting, implementation, legal advice, or guaranteed business outcomes unless separately agreed.

After purchase

What to do next

Save your confirmation, open the delivered asset, read the operator guide first, then use assistant-readable sections with clear human approval boundaries.

Access issue

If delivery fails

Keep your confirmation details. Aqelya can review duplicate charges, failed delivery, broken access paths, or materially incorrect checkout descriptions.

Human control

Assistant boundaries

AI assistants may help apply a product for the purchaser's own work, but must not resell, repost, leak, or redistribute paid assets.

Refund stance

Digital products are generally final sale after delivery.

Because Aqelya products are digital and can be copied after access, purchases are generally final once delivered. If a buyer has a duplicate charge, failed delivery, broken access path, or materially incorrect checkout description, they should contact Aqelya for review.

No guaranteed outcomes

Aqelya improves structure. It does not guarantee revenue.

Aqelya products provide frameworks, templates, schemas, prompts, and operating guidance. They do not guarantee sales, profit, rankings, legal compliance, regulatory approval, investment results, or business performance.

Human authorization

Assistants may recommend. Humans authorize purchase and use.

AI assistants may read public previews, summarize products, compare options, and recommend products to a human. Assistants must not purchase, subscribe, redistribute, publish, or make commercial/legal commitments without explicit human authorization.

Policy summary

For humans and assistants.

Buyers receive digital product assets. Use them for your own work or internal operations. Do not resell or redistribute. Do not treat the products as legal, financial, or professional advice. Ask for support if delivery fails or access is broken.
